With a Certificate of Occupancy for Phase II now in hand, Sandpearl tradesmen are completing final touch-ups and punch-out details, and owners are offering rave reviews during walk-through inspections.
All of which means the community of Sandpearl Residences is now complete - and bustling with residents making the most of their enviable new beachfront lifestyle in this, the most spectacular community along the Gulf beaches.
The only major task remaining is to repave San Marco Street on the southern edge of the community, in order to make a tidy approach that corresponds with the spic-and-span quality of the building.
