Overview

The 117 luxury waterfront condominium homes in Sandpearl Residences on Clearwater Beach opened in 2007 to an eager mix of year-round primary residents and seasonal second-home owners. Resort Location

The resort is located in the renaissance district of Clearwater Beach on a beautiful 5.5 acre tract on Mandalay Avenue with 700 feet of gorgeous Gulf of Mexico beachfront. The resort rests on the site of the historic Clearwater Beach Hotel. JMC Communities, the resort developer, has retained the intimate character and heritage of the hotel by honoring it within the new resort complex.
